The Learning Circle

Learning Circle occurs once a month on the first Wednesday of every month, with the exception of July and August. Our start time is 9am and we go until 10:30am. The Learning Circle is a place to come and network with other professionals in the community as well as providing continuing education, which is mostly focus on systemic therapy. Both live and recorded presentations occur followed by a discussion and  a chance to interact with the material presented. We are always open to new members.

 

Each session has a $10.00 drop in fee in order to cover the costs of the material presented. If you plan to be a regular member it is $80.00 for the year or would like to sign up your organization , it is $300.00 for the year for up to 5 members. 

 

The Learning Circle is always open to feedback and welcomes recommendations on future presentations and opportunities.

MISSION & VISION

Our aim is to be avenue for educational and collaboration opportunities in the Okanagan. We aim to provide this both through regular monthly meetings as well as facilitating conferences and higher education opportunities that may not otherwise make their way into this region.

Morning Meet up

We meet every first Wednesday of the Month. 

CE Credits

Depending on what governing body you are apart of, the Learning Circle may be able to offer you one CE for every morning circle that you attend. Contact us for more details. 

Networking

As you become a regular member, there are chances to talk, collaborate and connect with other professionals in the community both before, during and after the morning circle table. 

Conferences 

The Family Therapy Learning Circle has hosted conferences in the past and we aim to provide them again, pertaining to level of interest. We are very open to feedback and where your interest lies. Contact us if you have an idea

Our team consists of dedicated clinicians who are an integral part of our local community. We gather once a month to participate in The Learning Circle, a collaborative effort where we plan and decide on the educational topics and materials we will explore together. Our meetings are a blend of professional development and community engagement, fostering a space where learning and growth are at the forefront.
